The Crescent Condos Penthouse Design & Planning

Having completed more than 40 custom-designed units at The Crescent Condos in Clayton, CORE10 Architecture continues to set the bar for condominium design in St. Louis. The penthouse units set a new level for sophistication and luxury residences.  The unique floorplan, perfect for an entertaining lifestyle on top of Clayton, came naturally from the original design that lead architect, Tyler Stephens, established for the project when the building was first constructed.
