Architectural plans for this historic home renovation project in the charming neighborhood of Kirkwood, MO included the replacement of an existing detached garage with a new garage and connecting sunroom & greenhouse.  The end result is an addition that blends harmoniously with the historic home, while providing the convenience of a modern attached garage.

The Kirkwood Landmarks Association named this project an "Addition of Merit" in 2009.
